This place was so unique, it gets its own little section. It's this wierd little roadside attraction out in Wisconsin where some mad genius architect built himself an odd wonderland into the side of a mountain. To properly describe it, you would have to invent a new language, and even then, it would be one that the human mind was incapable of comprehending. It would contains words to describe the way colors taste, how much time weighs, and the sound of a dream. ....and it's only 25 bucks! The 'attractions' include : the world's largest collection of what I was calling 'automaton orchestras'...rooms full of instruments rigged up with pneumatics and clockworks to play you a song for a quarter,. an emourmous statue of a killer whale battling a giant octupus that is larger than the Statue of Liberty is tall, the largest collection of ceramic carousel creatures (thousands and thousands, but not a single, actual horse to be found) as well as the largest carousel, an "Infinity Room, which is a thin spire that sticks way out over a valley and is built (like the room in Willy Wonka) with skewed visual physics to appear to stretch on forever, and miles of underground tunnels lined with glass cases full of the most oddball collections imaginable....doll heads, gunblades, armor suits, animated tin wind scultures, bottlecaps, etc, etc, etc. If you're ever within 3 states of Wisconsin, I highly suggest you take a road trip out there at least once in your life.
