There wasn't too much bodywork to be done. No major damage, and thankfully no panels to be replaced or remade. Rondel was a Texas car. No rain, no rust. There was a light hit in the passenger side fender and a hit in the passenger quarterpanel.

The first thing I did was strip off that awful paint job, uncovering a few little Bondo pockets..nothing major still. Then I proceeded to fill in the door handles, antenna hole, mirror holes, and most of the moulding holes going down the doors and quarterpanels.


Here's my favorite thing. On the trunk there was a Cadillac emblem that consisted of a 'V' and a Caddy crest. you move the lid of the crest and the trunk lock is underneath. I decided to cut out the 'V' and mount my third taillight inside of it.
 

I globbed on a thick coat of primer and put the grill together again.
